This well-known tune sets the scene in the Gypsy camp in Act Two of Verdi’s “Il trovatore.” At Seattle Opera’s 2010 performances, chorus members Dustin Kaspar and Neil Jordan joined the percussion section for the noisy sound of the anvils.
