Monte Pederson, later a fine Wotan in the Ring, made his debut as the villains. Hoffman was Barry McCauley (Peter Kazaras in the Silver cast, up against the villains of Stephen West). Cyndia Sieden’s spectacular coloratura was put to excellent use as Olympia; the other heroines were Nancy Gustafson (Antonia) and Kathryn Day (Giulietta), with Hilda Harris as Nicklausse.
